ABOUT ME

I discovered my passion for photography as a child when my father allowed me to take some photographs with his camera during a family trip to Greece. This interest started at that very moment and, since then, I have always followed it with enthusiasm.

There is nothing like a still photograph which is immediate, powerful, and full of messages to the eye of the beholder. I find it fascinating and it lets me feed the insatiable sense of curiosity I have.

Every time I travel in order to explore new destinations and meet new people, I am captivated by the idea of immersing myself in new cultures, meeting the people who live in different locations and admiring amazing natural landscapes.

This is more than just a geographical interest. It is mainly an intellectual interest in experiencing customs, traditions and cultures of people from all over the world.

To me photography is the medium through which I experience and find opportunities for personal and cultural enrichment.
